We offer accredited and customised training and support professional learning, specialising in coaching and mentoring programs.
Early Learning Association of Australia
ELAA is the peak organisation representing the voice of parents and service providers working to deliver high quality early learning programs to all children. EC Workplace has provided support to both ELAA and its members with a variety of workplace matters, including strategic IR advice, management of staff conflict, management of underperforming staff, mediation and workplace investigations.

Kathy Townley is a Management Consultant delivering valuable support and guidance specialising in the not-for-profit sector. Kathy has held board positions across the Early Years sector and been an advisor and consultant with in the Early Years sector for over 15 years. She has been instrumental in delivering many successful projects and provided HR support, with a focus on driving positive change.
From these engagements, Kathy has refined key skills in influencing and negotiation, which complement her established qualifications and experience in human resources, and people and performance management systems and structures.
Safeguarding Services
Safeguarding Services provides expert advice, training and investigation services regarding safeguarding obligations and best practice. Independent and impartial investigations are conducted by Safeguarding Services regarding any allegations of reportable conduct or misconduct that may involve reportable conduct.
Stopline
Established in 2001, Stopline is Australia’s leading service provider for whistleblower & ethics hotline services. We are a team of highly trained and astute people who understand the requirements for an independent service to manage workplace misconduct, including bullying, harassment, fraud and reportable misconduct issues, confidentially and where required, anonymously.
FCB Workplace Law
FCB Workplace Law has worked with the early childhood sector for over 25 years, providing expert advice and representation on employment legal issues. FCB also draws on their commercial, organisational and industry knowledge to provide pragmatic and commercially appropriate legal solutions.
